A Few Good Things to Come from the Olympics This Year-Rachel Mary

As we all saw, the start of the Olympics this year was deeply disturbing. I wanted to first off address this topic by saying that God will not be mocked. It is powerful that God allowed the electricity to go out in all of France after they did the abhorrent act!! Also, I wanted to highlight the amazing pro life stories from the Olympics!! Here goes!

First, the Fencer named Nada Hafez is 7 months pregnant and competed in the Olympics!!! One of my favorite aspects is that she posted, “What appears to you as two players on the podium, they were actually three! It was me, my competitor, and my yet-to-come to our world, little baby! My baby & I had our fair share of challenges, be it both physical & emotional. The rollercoaster of pregnancy is tough on its own, but having to fight to keep the balance of life & sports was nothing short of strenuous however worth it. I’m writing this post to say that pride fills my being for securing my place in the round of 16!

I’m lucky to have shared the trust of my husband @ibrahimhab11 and that of my family to be able to come this far.

This specific Olympics was different; Three times *Olympian* but this time carrying a little Olympian one.” WOW! This screams pro life!!!! https://people.com/nada-hafez-reveals-she-competed-in-2024-paris-olympics-while-pregnant-8686130

I love this story so much I can hardly stand it! For one, she is recognizing her little one as her baby as her child now not in the future tense as our society does but in the present! She sees her baby is journeying with her now at the Olympics!! Love! I love how she says that there are 3 players and that her baby is a “little Olympian.” Beautiful! Children are always a blessing and a gift and give joy!

Mamas are strong!!

The second testimony is from Students for Life which was them sharing, “U.S. swimmer Ryan Murphy won BIG when his wife surprised him with a gender reveal after he won an Olympic medal.🩷

What do you think of this gender reveal?” They shared the following picture!
